Deliciously smooth and satisfying

I use pour-over to make a lovely latte; after a few attempts found the flavour comes out better with a slightly finer grind and a higher temperature (95-100). Occasionally if I over-brew, I found by adding a dash of sugar the coffee is still delicious with the flavour still coming through. Nice.

New coffee supply.

Pleased to get my new supply of coffee from Brew -it-Cafe, which was delivered quickly. It is better than my previous supplier albeit a little strong for my taste, but I look forward to trying a milder one next time.
