Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail and DPD for all shipments and are able to offer delivery to all parts of the United Kingdom.

SERVICE
Our shipments vary and are price specific to the carrier. You should expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days if selected Royal Mail and within 1-2 days if DPD is selected. If your order is received by 14:00, we will try our best to despatch on the same day but this may not be possible during busy or holiday periods.

DELIVERY CHARGE
For Royal Mail 2nd class delivery fee is £2.25

Royal Mail 1st class delivery fee is £3.25

DPD delivery fee is £5.50

URGENT ORDERS
We are able to make use of alternative carriers if required. The best thing to do is to drop us a message via the website or by email ideally before 14:00 so that we have sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements. Any additional costs will be shared with you before despatch.
