Coffee Tea & Hot Chocolate
At Brew-it Cafe, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality drinks—whether it’s coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. All drink orders are freshly packed and go through strict quality control before dispatch.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened, due to food safety standards.
- We do accept returns for unopened and sealed drink items within 14 days of delivery if you’ve changed your mind.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@brew-itcafe.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 14 days at info@brew-itcafe.com.
- Keep the original packaging.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

- Available on orders £35 and over.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed daily at 6:00 AM.
- Coffee is roasted and dispatched the next working day.
- Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- Orders placed after 6:00 AM Friday are processed on Monday.
Delivery Notes
- Parcels are shipped to the shipping address entered at checkout.
- International delivery is currently paused.
